I am a firm believer that the food we eat affects our health in SO many ways! But, I'm also a busy mom of 3 and I know that sometimes it's just not possible to eat healthy for every meal. Not to mention the declining levels of nutrients in our food from modern farming practices, the toxin buildup from pollution and other chemicals, and the price difference between healthy food and junk food.
So how do we find balance?
I have seen HUGE changes in my own life and the lives of my clients when they add high quality, natural nutrition into their diets through supplementation. Our bodies are truly incredible, and when we give them what they need to work properly, we find that many of our health issues can be resolved or managed.
