90 Day Program

What is the program like?
My Programs focus on all parts of your life including physical, mental, and emotional wellness. However, the program will be tailored 100% for your individual circumstances. These programs will include: 

- Weekly over-the-phone sessions with me which last about 45 minutes.
- Helpful resources and Action Guides for the week's session will be emailed to you each week. 
- You will have access to my email at any time for further questions, help, and support.
- These programs usually last 12 weeks but can be changed to fit your needs. 
What can you help me with ? 
I have a Master's degree in Organizational Communication, a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal Communication & Psychology, I am a certified Health and Life Coach, and have a Holistic MBA Mastery from the Health Coach Institute. I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for OCD and Anxiety. More than anything, I have found that Cognitive Behavioral Therapy holds the key to helping my clients. 
I also went through a difficult health journey which taught me a lot, as well as helping me understand what you are going through. I'm here to make things happen, to give you hope, and to find the answers you're looking for!
