Tired Kids...

You guys probably know by now how picky I am about ingredients. While I know there is a time and a place for junk food, I really like to make sure that the products I buy (especially health products) are ACTUALLY good for me and my kids!

You might be noticing, with the start of school, that your kids are more tired or moody than usual. Bed time might be a hassle. Your kids might stay up all night only to be super tired and unfocused at school the next day. There are SO many health challenges related to lack of sleep, and we all know it just makes you feel yucky!

This is why I partnered with Amare Global to promote a kids sleep supplement that I am happy to give my own kids! No sugar, no nasty chemicals, no melatonin.

"Well, if it doesn't have melatonin, how does it help my kids sleep?" You might be asking... Let's take a look.

Here are the ingredients for Kids Calm, with the option to take one or two gummies. As you'll see, this product uses real, high quality vitamins to help your kid's bodies do what they are already equipped to do. I love to see the Vitamin D3 along with B6, Methylfolate, and Methyl-B12 all together! Those are hard to get into our kids!

It is important to see that the forms of folate and B12 are metylated, which means they are high quality and SO much easier for the body to absorb. This tells me that Amare does their research and knows how to put together a good product.

One of the other great things about Kids Calm is that there is NO melatonin. While melatonin is generally "safe" and "natural", I feel like it is very over-used. Too much of any good thing is bad. It's better to support your body's natural melatonin production instead of trying to replace it with a manufactured version.

Short and sweet... this is all I've got for today! If you'd like to chat with me more about this product before giving it a try, feel free to reach out!
