With Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Looking Beyond the Symptoms
Understanding the Whole You
Connect the Dots was created to bring hope, support, and direction to those who feel like they’ve run out of answers. Together, we’ll look beyond individual symptoms and explore the different areas of your life that may be affecting your overall health and well-being.
There is so much more to life than simply managing symptoms and pushing through each day. My goal is to help you connect the dots, better understand what may be contributing to the way you feel, and create meaningful changes that support both your mental and physical well-being.
My approach combines Transformational and Cognitive Behavioral Coaching, Integrative Nutrition, and Lab Testing to look at the whole person not just individual symptoms. When appropriate, lab testing can provide valuable insight into nutritional deficiencies, imbalances, and other factors that may be affecting your energy, mood, stress, sleep, and overall wellness.
Using principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we also explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and habits. This approach can be especially helpful when navigating habit change, emotional and mental health challenges, chronic health concerns, and the stress that often comes with them.
By bringing these pieces together psychology, nutrition, lifestyle, lab insights, and evidence-informed strategies we can begin to see the bigger picture, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and create practical, sustainable changes that support your overall health.
You don’t have to settle for simply getting through the day. Let’s connect the dots and work toward helping you feel like yourself again.

Merilee Ford M.A.
Certified Wellness Advocate
In 2017, I created Connect the Dots, and I continue to love helping people who feel stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure where to begin.
My goal is to help you recognize the connections between your mind, body, habits, and overall well-being and then turn that understanding into realistic, sustainable changes that fit your individual life. Because when we begin to connect the dots, we can better understand what we need and create a clearer path toward feeling well again.
